I am getting issues when trying t submit forms
see image attached.
this is further to my previous email where i said forms weren't coming through to the email once submitted.

May we know if you have embedded your form into your web page?
If yes, can you please share to use the webpage URL?
I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.
Can you please test your form again and let us know if the issue still remains?
