Responds to different email account

    I am using Jotform to build a form for someone else but emails from that form keep coming back to me, instead of going to the other person. How can I get around this?

    Hi Andrew,

    By following this guide: Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications, you will be able to change the recipient email address on a form.

    There are sometimes that user are testing the form notification by clicking on the "Test Email" button. Note that this feature will only send notification to your primary email address that is associated with your account. So to test your form notification, you have to submit an actual submissions to your form.
