I have a question regarding my current account

I need to see if we are actually signed up as a non-profit account? If not, how do I get that changed?? Also need clarification between Silver Bronze etc. 

I checked your account and did not see an application for the non-profit discount.  If you would like to apply for the discount, you can do so via the form in the following page:

If approved, the discounted pricing would become available from the billing page:
