I cancelled the subscription within jotform and I can't view it now, however, the payment still came out and she is not very happy.

Thank you for contacting us. I see that your form is connected to Stripe, so you should manage subscriptions via your Stripe dashboard, you could find all your active subscriptions by following this link: https://dashboard.stripe.com/subscriptions
I am not sure if Stripe is sending an email to your customer an option to unsubscribe but you can contact them for more information. Here's the link: https://support.stripe.com/
