Please note that there is a character limit for the email notification and autoresponder and unfortunately, the limit cannot be extended. You may consider dividing the email content into separate notifications or use the submissions view link in the email so that the submission information displayed directly on the browser. Also, you can use PDF inside the submission email to view it from the PDF file and you can download the answers directly.
Thanks!

What would I need to do to divide the email content into separate notifications?
Where do I find the submissions view link?
If I opt for the PDF, can the answers be downloaded directly onto the PDF?
Thanks again for you time and prompt response. I truly appreciate it!

What would I need to do to divide the email content into separate notifications?
You will need to create a new email notification and add half of the fields in the second email notification and remove the other half from the first. But when I checked your account, you have a Free plan. For Free plans, you can add only one email notification, else you will have to upgrade your plan.
So the best option, for now, would be to enable PDF attachments which fill fetch all the filled fields and send it as an attachment in your email notification.
Where do I find the submissions view link?
At the end of your email notification, you can find the "view submission" link. Clicking on this link will directly take you to the form submission page.
If I opt for the PDF, can the answers be downloaded directly onto the PDF?
Yes, you can enable the PDF attachment option in the email notification, Advanced tab. Based on the fields that have been answered, they can be generated into the PDF. Also, the PDF attachment can also be configured for the fields that need to be shown. Please refer to the screenshot below.
