    If it is possible to insert script code to the theme, you can use one of the embedding methods: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

    Also, you can check out the Embed JotForm plugin for WordPress. If you are not sure how to use it, please have a look at the following guide, as well: https://www.jotform.com/help/174-Embed-JotForm-in-Wordpress-using-the-Embed-Form-Plugin.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you!

    Hi Nick C
    Thanks for your reply before. I am using a Wordpress design app called
    Elementor (www.elementor.com), and I'm not sure it's compatible with
    scripts. If I ask them, they tell me to use their forms addon (so I won't
    need Jotform any more).
    Can you advise me how I am able to get your lightbox style popup Jotform
    using Elementor?
    Thanks,

    Have you tried adding it with the Jotform embed plugin? Does Elementor have this plugin?

    I did a little research about Elementor. Can you try adding the script in HTML element?
    This is the tutorial.

    Your lightbox popup code is here.
