Billing: I didn't realize I was subscribed to a plan and being charged now for months.

    I was subscribed to a charged plan for months that I didn't realize.

    I never use the charged services.

    Can i get the refund back?

    I have checked your account with the ssc317fp username and it is on a free subscription. There is also no records that show the account has been upgraded.

    Perhaps you are referring to another account? Can you give us more details, please? We will wait for your response.

    maybe it's another account. I have two account, another account's username is "tiantiangift".


    The fee was charged to my American Express credit card, ending with 33001, under the name Sichao Shi

    Here is the transaction information, hope this can help you figure out which account was charged.

    I was able to see the payments. Since PayPal was used as your payment method, we would like you to cancel any active subscription in PayPal to avoid future charges. To do so, please refer to this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription.

    As for the refund, we can only request for upto 60 days of refund and we cannot go beyond that. I have forwarded a refund request to our billing team. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect your account.
