    I was subscribed to a charged plan for months that I didn't realize.

    I never use the charged services.

    Can i get the refund back?

    I have checked your account with the ssc317fp username and it is on a free subscription. There is also no records that show the account has been upgraded.

    Perhaps you are referring to another account? Can you give us more details, please? We will wait for your response.

    I was able to see the payments. Since PayPal was used as your payment method, we would like you to cancel any active subscription in PayPal to avoid future charges. To do so, please refer to this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription.

    As for the refund, we can only request for upto 60 days of refund and we cannot go beyond that. I have forwarded a refund request to our billing team. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect your account.
