    Hi,

we are jumping on a form to a page when we prepopulate it.

Unfortunately when the form is loaded and the customer decides to go back to front pages there is no content when it comes to widgets (see simple example https://form.jotformeu.com/90262547386362??jumpToPage=2)
Any idea how to force the pages getting loaded when prepopulating and jump?

    Thank you.

There's still no update as of the moment but the ticket is still opened. Once the assigned developer fixes the problem, you'll get a reply from them here.

    Thanks for your patience.

I will request for updates. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time-frame for a resolution, nor an option to expedite the resolution process. You will be notified via this thread if there is any progress on this.

Kindly bring this back to your attention after allmost two month. Is there any solution so far (or workaround for an source code embedded form)?

Our apologies, but we do not have an update yet. I will send a follow up to the assigned team. We'll keep you posted here.

In the meantime, the workaround would be to add a field, maybe a Single Choice element with yes and no options. Add a condition to skip to page when Yes is selected.

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/350-How-to-Skip-Pages-Using-Conditional-Logic

    Here's a demo: https://form.jotform.com/90832914956972?jumpToPage=2

Note that I hide the back button in the page break so users will be forced to click Yes to go back. You can also make the Single Choice as required so users can skip it.
