When trying to integrate google spreadsheet i get this error: "An error occured during integration."
Sometimes, when closing the error window and then re-opening the integrations window - i see that it is "up and running" but when clicking the link - google tells me: "That is not a valid spreadsheet URL."
The authetication process passed and i also tried it with several different google accounts to make sure its not a specific account problem.
The form is very basic with name, email, text field. I also tried it with a new form but no luck.
In addition: integrations with google spreadsheet in other forms that have been set up a week ago look ok (the link is correct) but on new submissions there is no new entry.
Intgeration on these forms with google drive is ok.
UPDATE: 158593-Google-Spreadsheet-integration-broke answer addresses same issue i have with a broken link

I tried this on my end, using your form "Excelence Order Form2" (please correct me if this is rather not the correct form), and I easily integrate it to google doc spreadsheet.
This is the spreadsheet
You may also like to test the form itself, and then check on the spreadsheet if the test submission you did added up properly.
I am sorry, but I cannot seem to reproduce the issue you mentioned at this time.
Let us try to check further. Please try my form and update me of your results.

Ok, I have additional info after your check.
Even though i define the spreadsheet to be placed in "Jotform" folder, it dose not appear there.
Actually the only way i can reference the spreadsheet is via the link you provide me in the integration window.
I also tried defining a new folder and same issue.
1. for forms, like the one you tested (which had integration already setup last week), your submission was entered but my recent submission wasn't
2. for new forms like http://www.jotform.me/?formID=30293060828452, i get the error when trying to integrate
UPDATE: your submission spreadsheet is defined as "share", meaning that it does not reside in my google drive

Thanks for providing us more details.
Have you tried clearing your browsers cache before re-integrating your form? I was able to integrate my form fine at this moment. Maybe there was a temporary glitch that time which causes the integration error. We would appreciate if you could recheck and update us here if the issue still persist.
Thanks and apologies for the inconveniences caused.

Ok, unforunately i already know the process for debugging problems and did as you suggested; clearing caches did not help and i got this again: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=
This consistently happens in this scenario:
try to integrate after authentication --> get "An error occured during integration." --> get out of form --> get back into form --> open integrations window --> see "connected to google docs" --> click google spreadsheets --> tada, no key: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=
nice tool this snaggy :)
this image for form: http://www.jotform.me/?formID=30296769073463
tries also here: http://www.jotform.me/?formID=30231164528446
This is frustrating as it used to work without any hitch.

Hello odede, can you please do the following:
1. Remove the integration
2. Clear your browser's cache
3. Go to My Forms page
4. Edit your form
5. Make an integration again
If this problem persists, please let us know.
- odedeAnswered on January 31, 2013 at 04:36 AM
I do appreciate you all trying to help. but please try to note what has been tried and tested already. I did it again to oblige.
Unfortunately it doesn't help, not for old forms and not for new forms, and i still get the same errors.
I am working in firefox but i also tried it in a strange browser called internet explorer....and i am not working in chrome meanwhile as it has a strong cache.

Thanks Odede and our apologies for this inconvenience.

ok, so i left the computer alone for a 5 sad hours, returned, and integration is working now.
i need to feel that the data submitted is stored and not lost - that the behaviour is consistent and reliable for me as a form builder and more important for my users who will submit their data.
tehrefore, it is very important for me to understand what happened; what did you do to have this issues fixed?
you must have error reports on all actions done in order to catch these critical errors swiftly!

My Google spreadsheet integration has been laggy all day. Submissions are taking a while to populate on jotform, and it's taking FOREVER to see them appear in my spreadsheet... This just started happening today. I've also done all of the recommended steps listed above.
