I have set up a form for a petsitter. She has apparently had a problem for a while where her jotform replies always end up in her Spam?
Not sure how to check?
Thank you for your help with this

You just have to add sender emails to your contact list:
So the emails are not going to Junk.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!

Thank you for your help and reply with this. Is this something I do in jotform or is this something my client does in her e-mail server?
Thank you

Your client needs to do this to their end. If she doesn't know how to whitelist, she can contact her hosting provider.
We have the complete list here https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
