    I'm using JotForm on both the desktop & mobile versions of this website http://www.affordableansweringservice.com

    To see the issue, please visit the mobile version of the site (also accessible via a desktop browser): http://m.affordableansweringservice.com/

    Click on Pricing & Plans (last menu item) and fill out the short form.  Please place "Test" in your name so that my call center personnel know to disregard your submission.  Immediately after you submit the form a CAPTCHA appears; this only appears on the mobile version of the site.  I'd like to disable it because it complicates the user experience.  Please advise.

    Hi,

    Please inject this codes to your form:

    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 550px){

    .form-captcha{display:none !important;}

    }

    Guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes.

    Please let us know for results.

    Thanks

    I have justed this on my form and it works, however the field label is still visible so this need us to get the field ID for the capcha field. If you want this to be implemented on your form, please share with us the form URL so I can check and update the codes above.

    Thanks

    Hi Pedro,

    Please open a separate thread every time you'll have a question or need something help. Use this link: http://www.jotform.com/answers/answer.php?.

    Also, include affected form URL or any pages in reference to your report so we can check ahead.

    Just in advance, the codes given on my first response should work. I have just tested that as per posting this response.

    Thanks
