PayPal Pro Integration: PCI Credit card type unsupported issue

    I just chatted with JotForm rep about an PCI:: Credit card type unsupported issue. He mentioned my American Express issue my be because my Donaction

    No, the issue is not the same. It seems the issue is with the Payment Type
    in our Jot Form document set up. PayPal does not support the "Collection
    donations" listed on our Payment Type. I never notice it was set up that
    way.
    My questions was/is if I change our payment type to prodocts (we provide a
    service for a fee) JotForm states "Changing the payment type will also
    remove all your products. Do you want to continue?" What does this mean?
    By clicking Yes, Go Ahead will I be deleting my items on my payment form?

    This is safe to switch from the 'Collect Donations' to the 'User Defined Amount' payment type.

    Please also note that PayPal may require merchants to agree to terms of service for taking the AMEX payments. If you are still unable to receive the AMEX payments, contact PayPal to resolve the issue. They should be able to help.
