Issue with auto-fill in web browsers

I have one field that keeps getting tricked by auto-fill in a few web browsers, especially Safari. It fills in all the Name, Address, etc just fine but I have a field called FILE NAME and it fills with the persons full name name automatically. Where does the auto-fill look to see what info should go into what field? Is there a way to trick it?

It might be possible to disable autocomplete using form source code, but we do not have an option to control the autocomplete via form builder.

I think that browser autocomplete depends on saved data in user's browser. You can try to clear mentioned data from Safari Reset menu to see if that makes any differences.

    Thank you.

But it will just not be me, it will be all of my customers. Is there a way to trick it in the form? Does it just see the label has the word NAME in it, even though it is FILE NAME?

I have cloned your form, but I was not able to reproduce the issue with prepopulated data in Safari. Also, I do not remember any similar reports from other JotForm users. It does not look like a common issue.

It is probably that Safari saved the File Name value once, and now showing it to you. You may reset your Safari to check if that helps.
