How can a prospect un-check an option?

Asked by alechko on March 13, 2011 at 10:34 AM

    Hi guys,

Once someone clicks on an option in the "Second Chance" section of the form and selects, for example, a felony, they can't un-check it anymore they can only pick the alternative option. So if someone clicks by mistake they can't go back.

is there a way around that ?

    Thanks

    Hi alechko

Thanks for asking. I see what you mean. I think the best way around that would be to include a third option of "None". Optionally, you can make that the default selection.

Of course, you might also consider replacing the radio buttons with check boxes.

Another solution may be adding checkboxes instead of radio buttons but be aware that users will be able to select multiple items if you do so.
