Why don't any of my forms work?

    Hi it appears none of my Jotforms work on my site. I have multiple forms used, screen shots are attached below.

    When I'm editing the forms and click 'Preview' it doesn't load either. Is there a reason why my forms are not loading? You can view all of our forms at the url provided, just click through the four buttons then also click Membership Dues at the top.     According to our Security layer provider, CloudFlare, problem is related with AT&T's DNS servers.

    If you're not using AT&T as an ISP, it still may affect your connection if your ISP is working with AT&T.

    We suggest you to use Global DNS servers (4.2.2.1 to 4.2.2.4), Google DNS Servers (8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8) or OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220).

    @CloudFlare : The only issue we have seen with AT&T today is not actually with us (timing out well before it hits our network; appears to be a recursive DNS issue)

    We are not completely sure , but you couñd try to bypass router settings by setting custom DNS servers directly in Windows.

    I don't understand this, I am able to see other people's Jotforms on other website where i know jotforms are used and I am looking at them while using AT&T internet. Other sites with Jotforms I can see are

    These Jotforms are not on my account but they are Jotforms that I can see. Does my problem have anything to do with using Paypal on my Jotforms?

    Hi, sorry about that. The problem is related to our security layer, CloudFlare. This issue only occurs at jotform.us domains. Your form belongs to this domain  so you might be experiencing temporary downtime or lags on your form and we deeply apologize for that. Also, the reason why you can view that forms is because they don't belong to jotform.us domain instead they are from jotformpro.com domain e.g. http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23464278650963.

    As a temporary solution, please try to change your form domain from jotform.us to jotform.com e.g. http://www.jotform.com/form/132456789. Hope this help fixed the problem.

    Let me also inform you that our security provider cloudflare are working hard in order to rectify this issue. Hopefully this wouldn't take long.

    Ah ok I understand the .us and .com difference. My forms appear to be working again but if I have trouble seeing them I'll try the .com fix.
