I was wondering if you could please help me...
when someone fills up my form and clicks the submit button,
I received three notifications by e-mail instead of one.
#1 and #2 are duplicates and both of the email /form look correct, like what I created, except that in the subject line, at the end is added "Atlanta location team" which came from your template.
and I receive email #3 too, which is wrong all along, it has my customers information in it, as if he had filled in your original template, the one I used to create my form (see attached).
How can we solve this so it's less confusing?
I want to be able to forward this information to my team and not get anyone confused.

You can delete 2 email notificatons if you don't need them
You can even delete all of them and create your own custom ones. Please take a look into that guide and let us know if we can be of further help
