Is there any discount available on the current pricing?

I was wondering if there was a cheaper pricing for committing more years or is two years the best price?

In the "Pricing" page shown in the link shared above, you can see the prices after discount when you toggle to the "Yearly" option.

i.e. the discount is already applied in the prices shown under the "Yearly" option.

Yes, it would include. As mentioned by my colleague above, you have to go to the link and subscribe to any yearly plan that suits your requirement.
