How to decrypt or remove field protection to a HIPAA form?

Hi,

Is there anyway to un-encrypt a HIPAA form? Customers are reporting they are not receiving confirmation emails once a purchase is placed and would like to immediately rectify this without disabling my form or losing any data.

To remove the protection of the field, just toggle which field you want to be protected.

ex.

Removing the field protection will allow your users to view the data via auto response.

Thank you for contacting us. I see that HIPAA is not enabled for your account. But, your forms have encryption enabled. Please check our guide here to lift encryption setting: Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

Please note that this will not decrypt existing submissions, they will stay encrypted. I would recommend to print them out before disabling encryption.
