Forms load very slow and CSS does not work, captcha is missing

    Hello support, 

    My forms load very slow and the styles seems to be out of order. Captcha image is missing making the form nonfunctional.

    Can you please provide suggestions.

    Ok, I m tired!!! No one even get to the idea of replying anything meaningful, Blame AT&T or anyone esle but PLEASE provie ETA for solution. The Forms on .US domain are slooooooooooow if work at all, CSS is not there, simple Captcha image does not show up. Frustration; I am trying to sell you(jotFor) for a long run; cannot do it if I have to change DNS setting for ALL visitors in USA. Any, ANY advise will be highly appreciated but please restrict yourself from giving runaround.

    Hi,

    My apology for the delayed response.

    I am sorry also if I cannot provide you yet an ETA if when the current AT&T issue will be fully resolved.

    But for the meantime, please try this workaround to have your form properly display on your location. (I can view it from my location just fine)

    When you embed the form, please try modifying its URL to use .com domain instead of .us -- since this is the primary reason of the current issue. The URL should be like this 

    http://form.jotform.com/form/30285788953166

    thanks for the reply, Unfortunatelly your suggestion does not work, it erors out with:

    Invalid Form URL
    This form is not available for this domain.
    http://www.jotform.us/form/30285788953166
    Please advise.

    Hi bgwomen,

    Can you please try this workaround also? Log in to your account using jotform.com domain and clone your form then re-embed clone version of your form in to your website.

    If the said issue still persists, do let us know.
