Is there a way to create fields on a form based on selections in a checkbox field?

Asked by mkarns on January 30, 2013 at 06:33 PM

For instance, I want a user to select the software someone will need access to.  Later on the form I want a section for myself that basically says "Have you installed software 1: yes / no" "have you installed software 2: yes / no" where Software 1 and Software 2 are options that were chosen in an earlier checkbox field on the form.

Is there any way to create a conditional section like that?

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, the auto generation of fields is not an option at this time.

However, you can create all possible fields and then hide them using conditional logic.
So certain fields will only show when the user chooses the condition set.

If you think this may be a solution, here is a guide that can help you with that:

Please give that a try and let us know if you need further assistance!
