I am using Zapier, but the submissions are not making their way to Airtable. Is this a problem you have seen before? If yes, is there anyone at JotForm who could help me figure this out?
Best regards,
Pascale

UPDATE (April 5, 2019): Direct integration with Airtable is available now.
1. Open the Form Builder.
2. Find the Airtable integration under the Settings.
3. Paste your API Key and click on the "Authenticate" button. (To generate API Key, you should open this page and click on the "Generate API Key" button)
4. Select which of your bases you would like to connect to, then select one of the tables within the base.
5. Map the fields on the table with form fields and click on the "Save" button.
6. You can create multiple connections to various Airtable bases and tables with the same integration.
The submissions will be sent to Airtable every time your form is submitted.

Hey Pascale - It seems integration to other apps via ZAP is not working properly. You can ask Zapier's support for the issue you are facing now.
I will also run few tests and get back to you with relevant information.

I was wondering if you had any news regarding this issue?
I was also wondering... in the "Features > Apps and Integrations" section

If you are using Zapier to integrate your form with Airtable, you need to contact Zapier support to check further.
Please note that we have an integration with Airtable, so you can integrate directly through your form:
If there is an issue with it too, please specify the form you integrated with Airtable, and also, share a screenshot of the fields that you have mapped: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Hi again, it seems that Airtable is not available yet, so you won't find it under Settings>>Integrations. I will submit a feature request to our back-end team to have it available, if this gets implemented in the future, you will be updated via this thread.
Meanwhile, you can keep trying to integrate through Zapier, and contact them if you continue having issues with it.
Open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
