I have problems to enter my data: Login to your account.
Does not recognize my email I can not access my forms ... What is the reason? how I can fix it? Thanks

You do not seem to have an account yet. You have created your forms as a guest user. If you create a new account with your email address, your forms will be assigned to your account automatically.
