Replace images of items in online store is not working

    Hi:
    Is there something special one must do to change an image in a published online order form?

    The form is below.

    I am trying to change several images.  I delete the original image, upload the new image and publish.   The original image remains.

    All of these images are the old ones? Would you mind if we will try changing the images to our end? We can use a test one or send us the new image through this thread, and let us know the product to change. 

    Well, I've cloned the form, and I cannot replicate the problem there. You can check the cloned form here https://form.jotform.com/90363034959967. As you could see, I was able to change the images of the first three products. Please note that after changing the image, you need to click Save Product button at the lower part of the window.
