    Hi There , We will be purchasing your silver plan 

    We would like to know , what is the support process if the form does not work for any reason ? 

    What does the support entail ?

    The best way to reach us is via our support forum. Today, our average response time is 1.5h, but it may vary depending on number of requests we receive. Also, you can contact us via email: support@jotform.com.
