Forms not going through

    Hello,

    We have grant cycles every quarter that require the use of a JotForm, and usually everyone submits their applications about the same time.  This week we have had 4 grant applicants who have not been able to submit their grant applications.  They have all previously done so without problem. After they submit a form, it just shows them a blank, black screen. I have done test submissions with no problem.  Different browsers have also been used.  I'm wondering if this is a timeout setting? Many of our applicants type long narratives and probably 'sit' on the form page for awhile before advancing/submitting.  Please help us diagnose this problem, we want to continue using JotForm but cannot have these kinds of problems.

    There are some old conditions with errors in that form. It is recommended to delete these conditions.

    Also, you may embed your form into the web page using a form iframe code:

    Te iframe embedding is usually most stable.
