    My  Form 2-06-19

On my Paypal integration there is a box in the setting to fetch data from text box. I have it set to fetch data from a calculated text box that I have named Price and it will not change price. How can I fix this?

The payment type should set as "User Defined Amount" to get the custom price/value from your form calculation widget.

I was afraid of that, the problem there is that it won't allow me to define
the sales tax for California. If it is an out of state sale, I don't have
to collect sales tax but in state, I do. Any ideas on that?

The solution for that is to place the option under the Paypal product or item. Or create a conditional logic that if the address is equal to California then it will calculate the 8% tax of the total price.

Can you please just fix your form so that when I ask it to fetch data from
this box that it will do so, and show the customer the price and sales tax
accordingly. This is a problem with your form and it should be fixed.
    Thank you.

Since you want to send the custom calculation to PayPal field, it is not possible to add the Tax calculation within the PayPal wizard. However, you may add another calculation field to the form for Tax calculation to add it to Final price. The Final price field can be passed to the PayPal field by selecting User Defined Amount as shown below:

This is how it should be working after adding the calculations and passing the value to PayPal field.

Please check the cloned version of your form with the above changes.
