It is possible to revert form to previous versions using the Revision tool.

How to View Form Revision History

Please take note that if you revert the form to previous version, it will revert all saved changes at the time as well.

So it will include also those corrections/changes you did before fixing the issue on the form.

Example, if you have corrected a faulty condition now, then if you revert the form to previous version, it will restore the faulty condition.
