Forms not completing photo uploads

    Hello,

    Currently our forms are not completing the uploads of photos and because of this no forms can be submitted.  We have technicians working in the field and need this fixed ASAP.  The errors are happening via phone and computer across different platforms so it's not a user issue.

    I tested your form and the image are completing on my end:

    I checked a few different browsers and was not able to reproduce the issue of files failing.  Is this still occurring on your end?  Let us know and we can take another look.

    This resolved itself I guess about 30 mins ago.
