over quota message

Hi This is a form that was giving to me.

I have a message on it now of over quota.

What do I need to do

The account that has that form is over limit for form views:

There was previously a subscription for the account but it is expired on February 6th.  The account that has that form would need to be upgraded again in order to restore it.

I can not see the copy of it so I can create one and have an account.
Can you send me the form.

We can transfer the form to your account, but we need to get the request from the form's owner account, this means that you will need to log into the account KristieSmith84 and request the form transference. 

Now, you can create a copy, although it will not include the responses, this way you will avoid creating the form from scratch, use the link you already have, the one you provided and follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Note that you will need to share the new form URL.

Videos can indeed be added to forms.  We have a youtube widget:

https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/youtube

Or if it is some other platform, usually an iFrame widget can work:
