How to prefilled form and show questions based on the prefilled value.

I need a form platform that will pass in a value via a prefilled form, but then use logic from that prefilled form to redirect to a specific question on a form.  For example, I need to send out a post-concert form asking users to rate their experience.  If the user clicks Bad, that value should be prefilled in the form and then takes the user to a question about why they didn't like it.  If the user clicks good, that should be prefilled in the form and take the user to a question about why she liked it.  Is this something Cognito forms can do?

I assume that the condition will be on the second form. If so, below is what you need.

- Can you capture partial submissions? E.g., if a user clicks into the survey and fills out half of it, are those responses captured? Or are responses only captured if the user fills out the complete survey?
- I noticed there was an article on how to add custom CSS (https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes) , but I don’t see this in the backend. Is this only available with paying accounts?
- Can I send users to an external URL upon submission? We’d like to redirect our users back to our site.
- Is there a way to add an “Other” in a multiple choice question and then have a short answer field appear to write in the response.
- Do you offer a nonprofit discount?

You can configure your form to partially save the data and allow the users to continue filling out the form on a later date, these guides will help you with that:
