    My forms are not working-displaying correctly

    Hello. I have several forms that do not wok anymore. When you click on the link in the website to bring them up. (ex: http://form.jotform.us/form/30237580128147), it takes a long time for it to appear. Sometimes, it takes so long that the connection times out before it has a chance to load.


    But, if it does finally come up, the form has lost all of its charecteristics--formatting and hidden fields are not hidden anymore. The form does not look or act the way it is supposed to. There are dots beside each form asset. The buttons have no colr, there is no hover text, etc.


    Oddly, when I bring up the forms to edit them, they look and act perfectly. But even in the form creation view, if I preview it, everything loses their settings and formatting. It does this on most, if not all of my forms. Until now they have been working correctly.

    We are truly sorry about the issue. This is actually an issue with our security layer provider, Cloudflare. Forms that belong to our domain jotform.us are all affected. In some cases, this can be resolved by cloning your form (How to Clone a Form from a Web Page) and embed it again. If not, please try changing the form domain to jotform.com

    Just to let you know that the management is doing their best to resolved the issue as soon as possible without doing any changes to the form or doing the above solutions. We will let you know once this get fixed on this thread.
