I had this issue yesterday and through your forum I found your suggestion to change "form.jotform" to "www.jotform" and it worked on one of my forms. Today, I have an update to a "secure" form, so what do I need to change the url to to see the change?

I have included an image of the page. I changed the alignment of the "select four sessions" to be top aligned.
This is very frustrating...we should not have to change the script everytime we make a change.

You form is working fine on our end upon checking. Please take a look screenshot of your form. Can you please clear your browser cache and cookies?
