Two submissions were made from my form earlier today, and have not been populated into the Google Spreadsheet that I have integrated the form with. Could you please look into the issue?

The AT&T issue is not yet fully resolved at this time. All jotform.us base forms are all affected. This could be the reason why that issue happens on your end.
Initial solution to solved this is to reintegrate your form to Google Spreadsheet. Please be sure that the authentication is well configured, do not closed the window while it still loading.
