    I am trying to create a form where patients can submit their medication lists.  I need columns for "Medication Name", "Amount/mgs. of Medication", "# of Time taken Daily", "Name of Prescribing Doctor" and "Start Date of Medication".  The matrix form has pre-set sizes for answers, but I need some of them to be larger and some to be smaller.  How do I acheive this?

    Sincerely,

    Scott J

    Hi Scott,

    Inject the following CSS codes to your form. Just adjus the matrix width values e.g. 200px according to your needs. I have added a label so you can identify which column width is the code for.

    .form-matrix-values {

    padding-left: 8px;

    padding-right: 8px;

    }

    /*-first column width-*/

    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {

    width: 220px;

    }

    /*-2nd column width-*/

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {

    width: 200px;

    }

    /*-3rd column width-*/

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {

    width: 100px;

    }

    /*-4th column width-*/

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {

    width: 100px;

    }

    /*-5th column width-*/

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values +

    .form-matrix-values .form-textbox {

    width: 100px;

    }
