Our card form disappears as soon as you try to input the email field or other fields

    Hello, 

    my client is telling me we have a problem on iPhones (iOS 12) related to the Jotform form published in homepage on our website: www.mindfulnesseducators.com

    Form (on blue background visible in Homepage): "Mindful Attention Awareness Scale - Test online"

    The problems related to the form are only on iPhones and people are telling us they are unable to use the form. As they try to input e-mail in the form or other values after it they see a blue screen and the form disappears during the fill-in action. 

    We got this feedback from many users, because of this I think there's something not working correctly. I checked it from a simulator online and it's working but it could be real only from device maybe, unfortunately I don't have an iPhone. Could you please check the form from our website on an iPhone and test if you're able to use it?

    I know I'm a collaborator but I have full action on the forms, we don't remember the full account passwords and for this I sent the forum question from my account with shared authorizations.

    I can replicate this with Browserstack live device emulator. It is happening when filling a field and you try to scroll up/down the page.

    You are currently using our iframe method, please try switching it back to the default one.

    In the default embed for cards, you can set smart embed which would match the colors of your website. Additional information in the link below for smart embed.

    You can also set it to full-screen mode. 

    I understand you've added the nojump parameter in it, but that is no longer needed for card forms. The card form is optimized for multi-page layout.

    Hello, thanks for replying. I will check with my client if this works. One thing: I don't see in my form the "smart option" you were talking about.

    Hello, 

    unfortunately I used now script embed feature as suggested but on iPhone iOS12 we're encountering the same problem. Could you please check it again? The form is where there's the text "Mindful Attention Awareness Scale - Test online".

    Hello, sorry if I ask again. Do you think this will be solved soon? Because unfortunately our users are unable to take our educational test on our website at the moment, and we're receiving lots of support e-mails from them.

    The ticket is already assigned to our maintenance team. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a timeframe for the ticket. It there's an update, the assigned team will let you know here. 

    The form works. It is only happening when you scroll up/down. It should work for as long as they continue with the next/back buttons.
