    Hi there,

Are you still having this issue?

I notice that you are logged on while posting this thread.

If you can not log in, you can try the "forgot password" option on the login section:

If you are logged in, you should be able to see the account information:

Please give that a try and let us know if you need further assistance!

The problem is I am not really logged in; I can go to the form I created to enter data as a user, but I can’t get in as the administrator to make changes.
I tried the "forgot password" it worked one time and then I was able to log in, but as soon as I logged out I could not get back in again. I tried the "forgot password again but screen just sits there and I did not get an email this time with the password reset.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The reason why this happens is because you need to register with an account and then create as many forms as you want to

Let me know your form id or the URL of your webpage if you already have embedded it

    Hi Jim

I am suspecting that browser's cache is causing you this problem.

Please try clearing them (use this as guide) -- if you can, please try also on another computer. See if you will encounter similar scenario.

Please update us if you are still not able to logged in to your My Forms page
