Free submission limit

    Hi - I have received an email to say that I have already reached the 100 monthly submissions on my account, but when I log in - it says I am at 93 submissions of 100.

    Please can you confirm which is correct and if a form reaches 100 submissions, will it be reactivated for new submissions on the start of the new monthly period?

    How can I find out the date each month when it is re-activated?

    Hi Sarah,

    Thank you for your message. For free accounts, the limit of 100 submissions is on a monthly basis, and it will be reset the following month. 

    May we ask for your username so that we can check your submissions as well as the date you signed up to JotForm?
