Can I use Jot Form to create a form used to faciliate a payment gateway?

I wanted to speak to someone about creating a simple one product sign up form that allows users to pay to sign up for a seminar.  I tried to build it ou in jot form and managed to get close but wasn't sure how to add graphics and complete the pay pal payment processing.  is this something you have developers that could assist with?
