I have a question about my account? today I received an email that said my account has reach the limits and has been disabled. But yesterday I upgrade it to professional. I have the confirmation email with the informtation:

The Order Reference Number is the ugprade (Professional Plan) taken for the account: Promocionesnd (firstname.lastname@example.org).
But when I search your email address email@example.com it give's me another account which is ndiario and currently subscribe to our Premium Montly Plan.
Sorry to confused you, but which one here is your account. You are currently NOT login using any of this account.

Thanks Welvin, I realize my mistake and fix it as soon as I read your post. Now Im sure to use the firstname.lastname@example.org account and already upgraded to Professional.
Now I want to know if i can have a refund of the account promocionesnd?
