I received an email from Jotform telling me that I have reached the limits of my account. It says that I am limited to 20 submissions/month...

    Then, when I click on this link that was in your email: www.jotfom.com/pricing, it says that the limit for a guest account is 100 submission/month! I would like more information to understand better what seems to be a contradicatoin, please.

    Here is a copy of the e-mail I received (copy and paste):

    Dear JotForm User, 

    You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Thursday at 12pm EST. Guest accounts are limited to 20 submissions per month. 

    Upgrade your account today to continue using JotForm; receive submissions, collect payments from your users and have more upload space. Upgrading is quick and easy:

    I got the same email recently. Only mine was about the upload space. I've cleared out my dropbox and deleted the submissions, but nothing is changing. Is this a 100mb per month situation? I sure hope not. Does it take more time for jotform to realize I've cleared out the folders? Not sure what's happening.

    No sorry but that's for registered users not "guest users". Guest users has only 20 submissions limit per month so I'd suggest to register an account with JotForm using the email address used on your guest form, so forms from your guest account will be automatically carried over to your registered account.

    Sorry but guest user's upload space limit is 10MB, please register an account like what I've suggested to Nadia. This should increased your limits to 100MB, which is the limit for registered users.

    Yes, thank you. I have registered. Sorry I did not differentiate my problem from Nadia's. I was wondering how long it takes after I clear out my submissions for the jotform to become enabled again. It seems it took a while.

    Hi, can you tell us your registered username? I cannot seem to find it using the email account you use to post here. I will check further.
