HIPAA Compliant forms

    Hello-

I have a few questions about HIPAA Compliant forms. I have account but not all my forms need to be HIPPA compliant (only a small number of them).

    1) Is there a way to turn off HIPPA compliant for forms that don't require it?

    2) I have processes set up with Zapier for non HIPPA forms (outside of JotForm), will they no longer work?

    3) If I turn on the HIPPA compliant button, will users still be able edit submissions or get a copy of submissions?

    4) A great majority of my forms aren't collecting personal/HIPPA data. What is your recommendation for working with HIPPA and non-HIPPA form accounts?

    Thanks!

It is not possible to turn off HIPAA for some forms on the HIPAA Compliant account. On the HIPAA Compliant account, all forms will be HIPAA Compliant.

Zapier integration is available for the HIPAA Compliant accounts.

You can send an Autoresponder Email to your users, but they will be only able to see the data for the fields that are not protected. They will not be able to edit submissions.

How to use Notification and AutoResponder emails in HIPAA accounts?

If you want to have forms that are HIPAA Compliant and forms that are not HIPAA Compliant, you will need to use two accounts.

If I use to seperate accounts will I be able to still have the prorated pricing I have been paying for the new account?

The prorated pricing was grandfathered to you until you upgrade or cancel the plan, since the plan you're on, doesn't exist anymore and it's not transferable.

If I get a plan specifically for HIPPA I will have to pay a new rate even though I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years?

We promised that the price in your Economy plan(equivalent to Silver) will never raise a penny as long as the subscription remains active. This only applies to your existing account.

We cannot give you another grandfathered plan for a new account since they are no longer available. So, if you upgrade a new account, it will be done to our existing pricing plans.

If I was to create a new account, would it be possible to transfer existing HIPPA forms to the a newly created account?

No, transferring forms from a HIPAA account to another account is not possible.

My account is currently not HIPPA (I never flipped the switch).

My previous reply was to answer your question "would it be possible to transfer existing HIPPA forms to the a newly created account?".

If you want to transfer forms from your account "athdept"(which is not HIPAA) to another account, specify which forms will be transferred, and the username of the account that will receive them, we will be glad to assist you with the transfer.

For clarification the forms are considered HIPPA but the account is not...

    Thanks

The forms are considered as HIPAA compliant once the account is switched to the HIPAA mode. You may follow the next guide to find out more information on how to switch to the HIPAA mode: How to upgrade to HIPAA Compliance
