Hi, also having a problem with search, it's not finding any record for names that I know exist in the list. Does search work for forms with encryption?

    It should still work.

You just need to remove the encryption on the submission data first using the private key, then you can review/search the submission data of the form.

We are able to view the data fine, we uploaded the encryption key.  But we've been having some problems with Search.  More often than not, the search does not return any results, even though if we manually look through all the submissions we can find the person we are looking for

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. There is no new update at this time from the dev team assigned to work on the ticket. But the ticket was already set to Important priority -- so the team is working to fix the issue.

They will update this thread with response once available.

Can you please share to us the URL of your form that have the issue. We can check on the form also.

When I checked on the account/username rsmolkin, I noted that it did not have form on the account. So I think the form belongs to another account and the user was viewing the submission as a sub user.

Yes, that's correct.  We have a team of people who work on the form.  The form is here:

    The main account is pgarenewals@pgahq.com

Thank you for the confirmation. The user rsmolkin  being a sub user is another factor to consider. I have added the new information to the ticket report details.

Our developer assigned on the bug ticket report will provide updated response here once available.
