I renewed subscription but my account was downgraded

    My account was downgraded despite renewing a couple weeks ago. I sent Customer Service an email about 45 minutes ago and haven't heard anything yet. My business relies on submissions and we're maxed out since we were downgraded to the 'free version'. Can anyone help?

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    The plan was downgraded because of another plan ending the subscription.

    Your plan is active and on Silver subscription.

    I was downgraded to the free version though,  not the one I paid for.

    As my colleague said, the system has downgraded your account due to your old subscription. He upgraded your account back to Silver plan and it should fix your subscription.

    Hi, the plan shouldn't have been downgraded since I paid for the new subscription back in January. Due to the error, it seems like I lost all but 500 of my submissions. Is there anyway for you to get all my old submissions back?

    We're sorry about that, that happens automatically by the system when downgrade occurs.
