I got a notification in my mail that a submission has been received, but I go into My Forms and there are no submissions shown. Am I doing something wrong?

Try clearing your browser's cache and recheck your form submissions. If this doesn't help, try viewing the submissions at https://secure.jotform.com. Let us know if none of these suggestion works. Thanks!
This issue might be related with the recent issues we have with our security provider. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
