Edit link is not redirecting to edit the submission.

Hi there,

I am trying to build a form based off of this approach: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow and experiencing difficulty.  I am having trouble with the {edit_link} function.  When I click on the Edit Submission button it takes me to this URL: https://www.jotform.com/edit/####%20CREDIT%20CARD%20NUMBER%20REMOVED%20####932 instead of back to my page.  Can you assist me in troubleshooting please?

I've cloned your form https://www.jotform.us/form/73205814995161 and found the {edit_submission} not the {edit_link} in your form's notification.

I then added the {edit_link} to test and was unable to replicate the issue. Can you please confirm if I'm looking at the correct form? If not, please share to us the form URL https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL.

My test redirected me to "https://www.jotform.com/edit/XXXXXXXXXX" where xxxxx is the submission ID.

Please confirm which form you are using so we can test.

I've made a discovery which is that when I use my personal gmail account, the edit link works appropriately.  It seems that when things are sent through my employer's firewall something odd is happening to the link.  Is there a different way to code the edit link that may help me override this problem perhaps?

When using your employer's email, are you using a different email client? Example: when viewing gmail emails, we normally view it on gmail.com, how about your employers email? Do you have your own email client?

If this is the case, we have no control over this. It is the email client that renders or interprets what comes into their email server.
