Is there any way to increase the submission limit?

Hey there - we have ONE successful contest out of the multiple years we've been working with JotForm, and now I fear we will have to upgrade to $83/month.  As you can see from my account, we rarely have gone over 2000 per month. 

Is there any possibility of getting some type of support for this one contest we have running - it will close out on March 31, but we are seeing a ridiculous participation.

Anyway - falling on the mercy of the billing group here.  Please advise - We would expect to go over 10,000 within a day or two.  We may see as many as 25K this month and next, but hard to say.

You may refer to the Get More section of your account to increase your submissions limits. Please check this link:

The submissions limits reset on the first day of every month.

If I jump up to the Gold level for two months, can I drop back to the economy level at $19.95 per month or will I lose that sweetheart deal?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. If you updated your account to a Gold plan you will not be able to switch back to the Economy plan. It is mentioned on the billing page of your account that you can keep the low rate for as long as you remain on this plan.

If you want to keep your Economy plan, I can only suggest you to create another account and upgrade that account to a Gold plan. You can clone your forms on that account and use the cloned forms for the next 2 months. After 2 months you can downgrade your Gold account to a Free plan and we can move your forms from your new account to your old account. If you want to keep using the same forms we can also move them to the new account and move them back to the old plan after two months.
