Is it possible to create two forms in one?

I would like to learn how to build a form so that one of the fist questions asks your age, and based on answer we will go down one form vs another. I found the conditional logic but don't know if hiding half the questions is advisable.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm not sure I completely understand your concern. However, it is possible to show/hide a field based on another field's answer. You can also hide multiple fields and just show the fields at once when the condition is met.
