    not receiving submissions

    Hi, it appears that notifications of forms being submitted stopped coming in on 1/27. I was able to find them via jotform but they should be forwarding to festival@interharmony.com. We have not changed anything so I'm not sure that it is a whitelisting issue. Additionally, I just sent 3 tests which are not showing up in jotform submissions. Can you please take a look at this and  let me know what is wrong? We have an important deadline w/our company so a heavier number of submissions are expected which I am afraid will be lost.

    Same problem! JotForm needs to fix this or stop asking ppl to pay for their service!

    Hi Abby,

    That email is in the bounce list due to the following reason.

    festival@interharmony.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Blocked by SpamAssassin'

    I have now remoced it so it should be fine now. It seems like your email service provider started to block messages coming form us. I'd suggest to read this article and it would help prevent this issue. How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues

    Also, with regards to viewing your form submissions, please try to view your form submissions at htps://secure.jotform.com, this might help. This occurs due the the recent issues we had with our security provider, CloudFlare. Hopefully it would be resolved the soonest time as possible.
