Im trying to update our credit card on file for monthly payments and unable to do so. The site says we dont have any active subscriptions.

I see that you are listed as a free account. Do you have another account by any chance? Or have you downgraded recently?

We pay monthly but our latest credit card expired and we had to update a new one. OUr account was downgraded because of that until a payment is made.

I checked your account and you paid your subscription using our payment gateway, Plimus. Unfortunately, we cannot edit your account records for you.
Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm, then enter it on the link below and enter the email address used in email. https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp??designId=1
That will reset your password and you can then login there to change the CC details.
If you cannot do that, you can just re-subscribe your account.
