We would advise you grab a fresh embed code whenever you make changes to the actual form just to make sure everything is up to date.

Secondly, please check the embed url, if it's using form.jotform change it to www.jotform to avoid delay.

Actually what Goldo has suggested to you is

    1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar

    2. Click on "Embed Form"

    embed form

    3. Click and then grab the code for your form again, either "Embed", iFrame , Source Code ,etc.

You should just replace it in your webpage

OK Understood i renewed the Embed and then changed the form.jotform  to www.jotform

Should i do this on all my forms now?

Yes if possible. Be reminded that you only need to do this only when you make changes to a form.
